time,thepasswordhistorysize,andthenumberoffailedloginattemptsallowedbeforeuserlock
out.
Setting Age Out Time
Fromthesuprompt,usethefollowingcommandtoenablepasswordagingandsetthenumberof
daysuserpasswordswillremainvalidbeforeagingout,ortodisablepasswordaging.
set system password aging {days | disable}
Validdays values are1to365.
Setting History Size
Fromthesuprompt,usethefollowingcommandtosetthenumberofpreviouslyuseduserlogin
passwordsthatwillbecheckedforpasswordduplication.Thispreventsduplicatepasswords
frombeingenteredintothesystemwiththe
set passwordcommand.
