TheComputeandPlaceprocedureisperformedusingthemaximumallowedpowerforthe

AP,wheretransmitpowerisadjusted(upordown)toprovideadequatecoveragewithminimum
RFinterference.
Whencalculatingoptimalpower,youcanmanuallychangepositionsandcountsofAPs(addor
removeAPs)beforethefinalpoweroptimizationisperformed.ChangingAPquantitiesand
positionsisquitetypical,giventhatanoperatorcaninterpretthefloorplanandunderstandany
cablingconstraintstoavoidanypositioningproblems.
