Toviewuserperformancestatistics:
1. ClickontheMonitoroptioninthemainRASMtoolbar.
2. ClickDetailsintheClientSummaryViewtoswitchtotheClientMonitor
View.
3. InthetableofClientSessionsintheContentPanel,selecttheuser’ssession,thenclickClient
StatisticsintheTaskPaneltodisplaythePerformance‐ClientStatisticsdialogfortheuser.
4. FromtheCategorylist,youcanselectastatisticforwhichtodisplayinformation.
5. FromthePollIntervallist,
youcanselecthowoftenRASMcollectsthespecifiedstatisticfor
theuser.
Monitor a Group of Users
Ifagroupofusersinaspecificareaofafloornotifyyouthattheyareexperiencingpoor
performance,targettheradioorradiosthatthegroupofusersareassociatingwith,andview
performancestatisticsandtrendsforjustthoseradios.
